Please read this safety waiver carefully and fill in the form beneath it before you come to your class.
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
“Rage Release” classes involve intense physical exertion and the use of martial arts equipment (e.g. paddles and sticks) to strike objects. This activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury and emotional stress. You agree to participate at your own risk.
2. RULES AND CONDUCT
You must abide by all safety guidelines provided by Ruby Fury Academy and follow all instructor directions. You may be asked to leave without a refund if your behavior is deemed unsafe or if you fail to comply with safety protocols.
You agree not to participate in training while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that may impair your judgment.
3. MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER
This class is for recreational and stress-relief purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, therapy, or medical treatment.
4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
This agreement limits your legal rights and you are waiving any claims against Ruby Fury Academy, its owners, instructors, and employees for injuries or losses sustained during training.
5. UNDER 18s
Ruby Fury Academy requires all participants under the age of 18 to be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration of the session.
As the parent/guardian, you agree to remain on-site and supervise the minor.
If you leave the premises, the minor’s session will be terminated immediately without a refund.
You assume full responsibility for the minor’s adherence to all safety rules.
