Ruby Fury Academy: Cancellation Policy

    Class bookings

      To ensure we can provide the best service to all our members, we operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

  • How to Cancel: Please notify us via [Email/Social Media/Booking App] at least 24 hours before your class or 1-to-1 session.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable and will be charged at the full rate.
  • Class Bookings: For group classes, late cancellations prevent others on the waiting list from joining; therefore, credits cannot be returned for missed spots.
  • Instructor Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the Academy must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or a credit to your account immediately.

    Six-Week Block Bookings

    Our six-week blocks are designed as a progressive course to help you build skill and confidence.

    • Full Block Cancellations: To receive a full refund for a six-week block, you must notify us at least 7 days before the start date of the first session.

    • Missed Sessions: Because block bookings secure your space for the duration of the course, we are unable to offer refunds or “catch-up” sessions for individual weeks missed.

    • Exceptional Circumstances: If you have a long-term injury or emergency that prevents you from completing the block, please contact us to discuss moving your credit to a future date.

    Late Arrivals

    To ensure the safety of all participants (including proper warm-ups), late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may not be permitted to join the session, and the fee will remain non-refundable.
