Sometimes, life is a lot. Rage Release isn’t about being ‘angry’; it’s about a safe, physical outlet for the stress of the week. No complex choreography—just you, the pads, and a massive boost in endorphins

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is about more than just fitness and strength—it’s about building confidence in yourself and in the way you move. These classes, led by a female instructor, offer a safe and non-intimidating space to learn the art of striking.

Using focus pads and strike shields, you’ll learn a variety of punch, kick, elbow and knee combinations (with no high kicks required!). The focus is on the mechanics of movement, teaching you how to find your power through effective technique regardless of your size and strength.

As the weeks progress, you’ll see improvements in your balance, flexibility, and overall strength and fitness. These sessions are friendly, supportive and designed for complete beginners and all fitness levels.

Self Defence

Bookings will be taken in six week blocks with very small class sizes. Coming later in the year.

Kempo Ryu Karate Kickboxing

A comprehensive, practical martial arts system delivering self defence techniques combined with kickboxing moves. Fast, explosive, and effective.

 

Beginners classes coming soon. Ongoing classes for mixed ability currently in Lympstone on Monday and Thursday evenings. Please contact for more details.
